Letting go . . .

I’m writing this a public way of cementing this idea before it dissolves: the Maze is out, and now it’s about time for me to turn away from the marketing and all the foruming and the-getting-people-to-check-out-your-game stage. It’s already got an epic start on yoyogames. {Much better than I anticipated, actually} and now I suppose it’s time to kick back, turn my thoughts towards studies and getting back in line with school stuff.  It’s one thing to expect people to play a game, but going rabid about it – especially when everyone’s full of praise – isn’t gonna do anything.
Grr, if I just had the kind of indie presence that would turn the heads of each and every review site –
– < attempt to abandon line of thought >
– even if my game was crap, it’d be featured in x number of magazines by now -?

-< ditch thought and reboot system >-

Success if based on what you do, not who you are. I have a LOT to do but for the moment, this is good enough 🙂
